Recreational Team practices are as follows:
K-3rd Grade
Monday & Wednesday
6:00PM - 7:00PM
4th-8th Grade:
Tuesday & Thursday
6:00PM - 7:00PM
Competitive Practice Schedule
Competitive Team practices are as follows:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
6:45PM - 8:00PM
All wrestlers will need wrestling shoes, headgear, and a water bottle for practice. Please do not wear any jewelry. Additionally, please make sure your wrestler does NOT wear their wrestling shoes from the car onto the mat. Wrestling shoes are to be put on once inside, directly prior to stepping on the mat.
